All lecture rooms will be equipped with a PCs and beamers. Talks need to be uploaded onto a central server in good time in advance (4 hours prior to the session).
All lecturers received an email with login data an upload deadlines.
For all parallel sessions, only pdf format is acceptable. For all other sessions, pdf (preferably) and ppt will be available. Laptops of lectures cannot be used for the lecture. All lectures are asked to bring their talk additionally on a USB-stick or CD to the session.
In the conference office, personell will be available for help and questions regarding the upload.
